The street rehabilitation project was carried out in the historical tissue of the residential buildings in the city center of Gaziantep. The inwardly designed buildings with respect to the climatic conditions have blind walls on the ground floors whereas the first floors have architectural openings according to the design of the interior space. The plan schemes of the buildings are generally defined by the courtyards inside.

Within the scope of the study; besides the survey, restoration of the facades and landscape studies, typology of the buildings in the historical tissue were prepared.
