The construction of the Büyükçekmece (Kanuni Sultan Süleyman) Bridge, which is located in the Büyükçekmece district of İstanbul, started to be constructed during the reign of Süleyman the Magnificent and was completed in the period of II. Selim (1567-1568 years). The architect of the building is Mimar Sinan. The structure is a fascinating engineering work where four bridges inclined in two directions are connected to each other on three islands built by using large rubble stones located in the lake.

The project includes Documentation – Problem Analysis, Georadar Measurements, Material Analysis, Historical Research – Restitution, Civil Engineering – Structural Analysis and Strengthening, Intervention Decisions – Restoration, Landscape Design and Lighting projects.
