The building, located near the north-west corner of the Atatürk Cultural Center area in Altındağ district of Ankara province, was designed within the scope of the competition held in 1933 by Italian architect Paolo Vietti Violli, as well as other structures within the complex, and its construction was completed between 1934-1936. The building, which is designed for the sitting of the President, Prime Minister, Ministers, Members of the Parliament and Ambassadors, has a rectangular plan layout. The console lodge that is located on the main facade and shows the engineering success of its period brought dynamism to the structure with a simple design.

The project includes Documentation – Problem Analysis, Material Analysis, Historical Research – Restitution, Intervention Decisions – Restoration, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering projects.
